1 How can I purchase Travel Insurance from you?
At the present time Mondial does not offer a retail product, direct to consumers. If you have been made aware of us through one of our travel partners, then this will be the best route for you to purchase their product. We do not offer a direct product with better rates.
2 How do I claim on my Travel Insurance policy?
Please refer to your policy documentation for the most appropriate Claims telephone number for your particular policy.
3 Where do I find Mondial's offices?
Our offices are located in central Croydon directly opposite East Croydon station. For full directions and a detailed location map, click here.
4 How do I renew my motor assistance policy?
You will automatically be sent an invitation to renew your policy a few weeks before it expires. However, if you wish to ensure continued peace of mind before then, please telephone through on the number contained within your policy booklet or on your assistance card. If you cannot locate either of these documents, please call 0208 666 6666 and your call will be routed through to the relevant specialist.
5 I need to make a Warranty claim, how do I do this?
For full details on the claims procedure please refer to your policy booklet. In the first instance you should refer any issue you have with your vehicle to your authorised dealer.
6 What can I expect from a Sunday Times Best Companies Employer?
